Since April they have spent the last six months re-fitting all of its Boeing 747 fleet which fly out of London Gatwick, Manchester and Glasgow at a cost of more than £50 million.

Virgin Atlantic passengers have suffered huge inconsistencies, not only across the fleet facilities but also with staff service. Lets hope the upgraded aircraft will help motivate some crew to offer the service that is expected.
